At Laveriogo S.A.S. we treat privacy as a clear conversation, not paperwork. This document explains, in simple language and with enough detail, what data we collect, why we need it, how we protect it and what you can do with it at any time.
1. Who we are
Laveriogo S.A.S. is a company incorporated in the Argentine Republic, registered with the General Inspection of Justice under No. 24,518/2021, with Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71765432-4 and headquarters at Av. Leandro N. Alem 882, 9th floor, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. We act as the data controller for the personal data received through laveriogo.com and its associated forms.
2. What information we collect
We receive the data you provide when you fill in a form (name, email, message) and basic technical data generated while browsing the site (IP address, device identifiers, pages visited and session duration). We do not request sensitive information or financial documentation through the public site.
3. What we use your data for
We use the data to answer your questions, send you information about projects when you authorize it, prevent fraud, comply with Argentine legal obligations and improve the site experience. We never sell your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal bases for processing
We process your information based on your explicit consent, the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by you, compliance with legal obligations (Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326 and applicable CNV regulations) and, in some cases, our legitimate interest in running the platform safely.
5. Who we share information with
We only share data with technology providers that help us operate (hosting, messaging, analytics), always under processing agreements that guarantee standards equivalent to ours. When applicable, we may also share information with Argentine public authorities that formally require it.
6. International transfers
Some providers process data outside Argentina. In those cases we require contractual clauses and technical measures that ensure an adequate level of protection, in line with Argentine regulations and international best practices.
7. How long we keep data
We keep your data for the time needed to fulfill the stated purpose and then for the retention periods required by Argentine law (for example tax or anti-money laundering rules). Once those periods expire, we delete or anonymize the data.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your data, and to object to certain processing activities. To exercise them, write to privacidad@laveriogo.com. We reply within 10 business days. You can also contact the Argentine Agency for Access to Public Information.
9. Information security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information: encryption in transit, role-based access controls, periodic audits and internal training. No system is invulnerable, but we work continuously to reduce risks.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. If we introduce material changes, we will announce them on the site with reasonable advance notice.
